Qualitative LC-MS Analysis
Would you like to know which RNA modifications are in your sample? Our standardized run contains the 20 most common modifications such as m6a, m5c or m1a. The state-of-the-art LC-MS systems are used for analysis.
Other modifications can also be analyzed according to your requirements. We will be happy to discuss your exact requirements and make you an individual offer.

Quantitative LC-MS Analysis
Send us your total RNA, mRNA, rRNA, tRNA or isolated RNA species. We can currently quantify 24 modifications in absolute terms and 26 more in relative terms. Our mass spectrometry works in the femto- to attomol range as standard.

Delivery and Requirements
For the analyses we need purified RNA or DNA in good quality. No salts may be added. We recommend volatile salts (e.g. ammonium acetate) for purification. If the incoming inspection shows that the sample does not meet the requirements, we will contact you for further proceedings.
We are typically producing technical triplicates and would like to ask you to provide sufficient material for this purpose.
The delivery should be made on dry ice and we advise to avoid storage of the samples in the shipping company over the weekend. Customs conditions must be observed before shipment.
